Victor Churchill Smoked Salmon.

Our Salmon is first cured in salt & sugar for 24 hours then submerged in oil for 48 hours before lastly being smoked over Beachwood for a further 6 hours.

To serve, remove the skin from the back of the fillet and thinly slice.

Smoked Salmon Feeds 2-6 people.
