Our Smoked Salmon is first cured in salt and sugar for 24hrs, then submerged in oil for 48+ hours, and lastly smoked in-house over Beachwood by our talented Head Chef, Shannon Debreceny.

To serve remove the skin from the back of the fillet and thinly slice.

Feeds 16-20 people.
