Best served warm. Place a baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the tart on the hot tray for 5-10 minutes to warm from the bottom up creating a crisp base and perfectly melted top. Finish with a dollop of double cream or French vanilla ice-cream.
