Q: Can I make a reservation via Instagram?
A: No, we do not accept bookings via Instagram. All reservations are made online through our website. Melbourne Bar Bookings.
Q: When can I make a booking?
A:
Bookings open at 10am on the first day of each month, one month in advance. For example, bookings for July open at 10am on 1st June.
Q: My preferred date or time isn’t available. What can I do?
A: If your preferred date or time does not appear, this means we are fully booked. We recommend joining the waitlist or exploring alternative dates and times.
Gift Cards
Q: Where and when can I purchase gift cards?
A: Gift cards are available for purchase in-store, five days a week from 9am to 5pm.
Q: Can gift cards be used for both retail and dining?
A: Yes, our gift cards can be redeemed for both retail purchases and dining experiences.
Q: Can I use my gift card in any state?
A: No, gift cards can only be used in the state in which they were purchased.
Halal
Q: Is your beef halal?
A: Yes, all our beef is halal as per halal requirements.
Q: Are all menu items halal?
A: Please note that our beef is processed in the same facility as pork, and some menu items, including certain sauces, do contain pork.
Q: Can you help me find halal options?
A: Absolutely. Our team is happy to guide guests through the menu and highlight suitable halal options during your visit.
