What date does Pre-Order end?
The cut off date for Pre-orders is the 9th of December 2025 at MIDNIGHT.
Under no circumstances will we be able to accept orders after this date.
This is due to the production and planning processes our facility needs to adhere to in order to have our Xmas orders dispatched in a timely manner.
I have missed the Pre-Order cutoff date, but I still need to purchase?
That's ok!
Our Victor Churchill Store in Woollahra Sydney & Armadale Melbourne are still open for any last-minute essentials.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You may cancel your pre-order before the 9th of December 2025.
Once this date has passed, under no circumstances are we able to cancel or amend your order.
This is due to the production and planning processes our facility needs to adhere to in order to have our Xmas orders dispatched in a timely manner.
Can I make changes or amendments to my Pre-Order?
You may make changes to your order up until the 9th of December 2025 close of business.
Once this date has passed, under no circumstances will we be able to make amendments to your order.

Can I update the address on my pre-order?
You may make changes to your address up until the 9th of December 2025 close of business. Once this date has passed, we cannot facilitate any more changes to your order.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Our delivery window for Pre-Orders is 20th-23rd of December 2025.
You will be able to select a date between the 20th - 23rd of December, 2025 at the checkout, but this is dependant on your location deliverability.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with your tracking link to be able to follow live tracking of your order.
Please note that if you have ordered Victor Churchill Desserts, these will need to be picked up from your selected Victor Churchill Store.
Victor Churchill Desserts
I have ordered a Dessert as well as other products, what do I do?
All Victor Churchill Desserts will need to be collected from the Victor Churchill Store you have selected at checkout.
You will receive an email to advise you on when your desserts are ready for collection.
The remainder of your order will be delivered to your home on the delivery date you have selected upon checkout.
Why do I have to pick up my Dessert?
Due to the delicate nature of our desserts, we are only offering pick-up from Victor Churchill Sydney or Victor Churchill Melbourne retail stores.
This decision has been made to ensure the quality and integrity of this dessert remains unaltered. Your dessert can be collected from your chosen store on the day your order is delivered.
If you need to collect your dessert on an alternate date, please contact our team.
Can I pick up my online order with my dessert?
Unfortunately, we are not offering click and collect for online pre-orders as your order is being shipped out through a third party supplier.
