Red Wine Jus

Our red wine jus offers an elegant finish to any roast, crafted with care to balance richness and subtle acidity.

The complex flavours of port, thyme, raspberry vinegar, and a veal stock base combine with caramelised eschalots and garlic for a sophisticated depth.

To serve, gently warm over low heat, adjusting consistency as preferred with a touch of water or stock.

Serves: 250g (up to 5 people)
