Our handmade duck rillette is crafted from free-range duck breast and pork belly, slow-cooked for up to ten hours until the meat is tender and buttery.
It’s then crowned with duck fat infused with four spice, thyme, bay leaves, garlic, pink salt, and pepper, creating a rich, aromatic finish.
