An exceptional expression of New Zealand’s pristine waters, our whole side of King Salmon is delicately smoked to highlight its natural richness and buttery texture.
Each fillet is cured in salt and sugar, steeped in oil, and slowly smoked over a blend of Australian native woods. The result is a silky, aromatic salmon with gentle smokiness and depth of flavour.
Slice thinly and serve as a striking centrepiece for your festive table, or enjoy simply with crème fraîche and toasted brioche.
